George Ototo is the Managing Director of KUSCCO. 
He heads a team of nine Managers who assist him in the day to day running of the Organisation.  George also acts as the Secretary to the Board of Directors.

Peter Omollo is the Finance Manager of KUSCCO and oversees prudent management of the organisation’s finances.

Veronica Muchiri heads the Central Finance Fund department which is the KUSCCO’s interlending facility.  Since inception in 1989, the department continues to serve as a prudent and affordable alternative to mainstream financial providers for SACCOs.

Kenneth Kimaiyo is the Internal Audit Manager of the KUSCCO and is charged with the task of ensuring that all control systems are in place and working

Rachel Wafula heads the Risk Management Services Department.
The department provides member SACCOs with Loans Cover, Savings Cover, Spouse Cover, Committee Cover and a Funeral Rider.

James Ole Nkiti heads the Education and Training Department.  With his vast knowledge and experience in the co-operative movement, he has modeled a curriculum to suit the training needs of SACCOs at both local and international levels.

Catherine Magua heads the Corporate Affairs and Marketing Department.  She works with a team of five Regional Managers who help to coordinate the KUSCCO’s business activities within the countrywide branch network.

Juma Aguko heads the KUSCCO Housing Fund Department.
In addition to financing house construction, outright purchase and renovation, the department has also undertaken controlled development with a pilot project in Kisumu which it intends to replicate in other parts of the country.

Isaac Kimathi is the acting head of Consultancy and Compliance Department.  The services of this department include formulation of business and strategic plans, by-laws, HR development etc. The department is vital for the growth of SACCOs and the services offered are especially critical in the new regulated environment.
